Mechanical Design
Parts are created to the highest standards via customer supplied drawings, and 3D CAD files. Our design team analyzes the best method of production for your parts and turns it into a physical product based off of your specifications. The latest in 3D CAD modeling technology is used for design and calculation of your parts ensuring a precision built final product. Reverse engineering is also available to recreate an existing part if drawings or 3D models are unavailable.
Cutting
Co2 and Fiber Laser cutting technology ensure high accuracy cuts and features.
10' Sheet Metal shear to size blanks accordingly for Laser and Punching processes.
20 Station CNC Turret Punch machine with wide range of punching and forming dies including louver vents, center punching, and dimples.
Amada Bandsaw for cutting raw stock of bar, tube, pipe, channel, and angle.
Hot and Cold Saws for cutting bar, tubing and angle.
Press Brake Forming
Cincinnati ProForm+ 90 Ton 5-Axis CNC Press Brake provides excellent quality and repeatability on our thinner sheet materials with fully programmable backgage to hold tight tolerances.
Cincinnati MaxForm 175 Ton 6-Axis CNC Press Brake is the true workhorse of the facility with a wider range of material capacity and even more in depth backgage programmability with multi-axis offset capabilities.
Accurpress 250 Ton Single Axis NC Press Brake provides the extra bed length and tonnage for jobs outside of the Cininnati's capacities.
Other Forming & Bending
Plate roller with up to 1/4" Thickness and 60" width capacity.
Sheetmetal roller for up to 10ga Material Thickness
Tubing, Bar and Angle Rolling available.
Mandrel Multi-stop Tube bending up to 1" diameter and flaring equipment.
Machining Services
(3) CNC Vertical Milling Centers to ensure quality repeatability and tolerances over the entire run of parts.
(2) Manual Vertical Milling Centers for precise machining of lower quantity jobs.
Manual Horizontal Milling Station for applications unable to be achieved by the vertical machines.
(2) Manual Turning machines to provide high quality lathe machining to stock materials.
Tapping Machine to ensure high quality threads into holes requiring tapping.
Large drill press table for countersinking, reaming, and drilling holes to size when necessary.
Welding
Our skilled staff produces high quality welding and assembly to the latest standards using MIG, TIG, Flux Core processes when applicable.
Most common materials we work with are Aluminum, Stainless, Inconel, Mild Steel
Spot Welding available
Finishing
Dedicated on site Powder Coat and Wet Coat Paint Building boast a high quality finishing option to your products.
Our Graining machine provides a uniform finish that can be cosmetic or as an option for deburring complex part features.
Weld blending and grinding is available to applicable parts.
Assembly and Hardware Installation is available for all of your final assembly needs.
